Some of you will have noticed, hopefully with regret, that our postcards from Kenya have become more and more infrequent. Whilst we love sending out these anecdotes from the bush, we seem to have less and less time and more and more safaris, and of course a married life and a happy wife seem to take up more time than ever. Thus we have decided that if these postcards are to continue then they will have to go though yet another (though by no means final) evolution. Time, wife and busy life willing, in future we will send a snapshot of life on safari; perhaps brand new lion cubs in the golden light of dawn; elephants playing in the Ewaso Nyiro river in Samburu; wildebeest careering across crocodile infested waters in the Masai Mara; or as in this case, a cheetah mother with a two month old cub, resting above Paradise Plain in the Masai Mara.
